Checking in took way too long; we arrived at 1:44 PM but didn't get our room until after 3. The small room felt cramped with two beds, making it uncomfortable for our stay. Super disappointing overall!

My stay at the hotel was just what I needed, offering great value for my money with asuper clean and cozy room. The location by the river was fantastic, and every staff member made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from some more diverse healthy options.

The stunning views from our window added a luxurious touch that made our mornings good. the well-organized database made it easy to find and book amenities that enhanced our overall experience.
I did notice a slight delay in check-in, which was a minor inconvenience. Although the process wasn't ideal, the really good quality of our accommodation outweighed this minor setback.

Clean and well-maintained rooms.
The bathroom was uncomfortably cramped, lacking basic supplies. I had an off-putting encounter with a rude staff member when inquiring about our parking. The noise from the hallways was disruptive.

I recently stayed for two nights on a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The room was well-designed, maximizing space with plenty of shelving and charging ports, while the freshly laundered bedding offered a good touch. I loved the quiet atmosphere and the lovely river view. The staff was friendly and attentive, making it easy to feel at home. The food was delicious too, especially the gluten-free breakfast options. The overall comfort of the bed ensured I had an excellent night's sleep, the best of my trip.
Would recommend this hotel.
